Tachar as pintadas dunha rúa
- Daniel Muñoz “SAN” (Daniel Muñoz)
Used as we are to being surprised by his work, Daniel Muñoz’s (“SAN”) recent visit to Rexenera Fest has not disappointed either, as he has offered us this unique and particular piece that has been specifically planned, documented and made for Carballo.
A strip of Polaroid images that portray flashes of the street’s wall, establishing an interesting game with pedestrians. As though in a treasure hunt, San invites passers-by to immerse themselves in the clues he leaves in those 5 prints and discover where they are in order to put the focus on those images nobody notices…
A poetic and lucidly contradictory image that is a reflection on what has and hasn’t a place in our streets…?
What kind of expression is valuable…?
Why are some things covered up and who decides it…?
Is there beauty in a supposedly ugly building…?
Essential questions for curious neighbours…
