Any urban landscape, however deteriorated, can change dramatically in a very short time thanks to art. The Rexenera Fest, the international public art festival in Carballo, is proof of that. In spring, a group of artists from the best of the international, Spanish and Galician scene of the urban art world congregates for a week. And Carballo ends up just transformed.
